Child Protection Statement:

The main principles of the ‘Children Act 1989’ state that the welfare of a child should be forefront when deciding upon a child’s upbringing. The JN Studios understands that all children have a right to protection and will ensure the safety and protection of each child.

Jennifer Nicholls is a qualified Dedicated Safeguarding Lead, holds an updated Enhanced DBS Check and any guest teachers that are invited into the Studios will also be required to present one. 

Health and Safety Policy:

JN Studios accepts the responsibility for providing a safe and healthy work environment, following the ‘Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.’ JN Studios carries out regular risk assessments, fire safety assessments and has Public Liability Insurance. Jennifer Nicholls is the qualified First Aider on the premises. 

GDPR Policy:

All parents complete our Enrolment Form when their child joins the JN Studios. Information we collect includes names and contact details, emergency numbers, email addresses, medical information and a consent form. You have a right to withhold any of this information, but we would not be able to contact you in an emergency. JN Studios uses your information as an emergency contact and as a method to keep you updated with information. 

Information you share with us will never be shared with a third party without your permission. Personal information may be disclosed if by law we are required to do so or if we believe such action is necessary to defend and protect the rights, property or personal safety of the JN Studios website or its visitors.
